Securing Your Booking

Arrival Time
Please arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time — tables held longer may be released to walk-in guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule up to 3 hours before your reservation at no charge, via WhatsApp or phone.
Group Reservations
Parties of 9 or more should contact us directly on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm availability.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead, especially for weekends and groups of 6 or more.
Can I modify my reservation after booking?
Yes — message the branch directly on WhatsApp with your name and original booking time to make changes.
How do I pay to secure my reservation?
Send payment to our mobile money merchant code (see the Payment section above), then share your payment confirmation with us on WhatsApp.
What happens if I'm running late?
Send us a quick WhatsApp message — we'll hold your table for up to 15 minutes past your reservation time.
